This is a favorite series of mine of exercises that only requires a desk or countertop and a few minutes of your time. These are a great way to stretch the shoulders, hamstrings, spine, and even work on stabilizing the shoulders and pelvis. In other words, it's a full body integration exercise and similar to some more advanced Pilates exercises that we teach on the mat. At ProBalance, we're dedicated to giving you exercise options, many that are Pilates based, that you are able to perform on your own when you can't make it to the studio.
